Stage Management and Theatrical Production in New York City: A Broadway Speakers Bureau Panel

Learn about stage management and theatrical production from these Broadway professionals. The panelists will not only discuss their own backgrounds and work, but will also offer concrete advice on how to pursue a career in stage or production management. After brief presentations, speakers will answer your questions about working in the professional theatre. This event is free and open to the entire MMC community and the public.

Speakers include: John Atherlay (currently the Stage Manager of Xanadu; formerly the Stage Manager of Beauty and the Beast, The Seagull, and A Small Family Business), Sam Ellis (currently the Technical Supervisor of the Spring Awakening tour; recently the Technical Supervisor of Glengarry Glen Ross, Spring Awakening, Talk Radio, Young Frankenstein, The Homecoming, and November), and Peter Wolf (has worked as the Stage Manager of 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Light in the Piazza, Taboo, Cabaret and many other Broadway productions). All students are invited to attend.
