Join us on Thurs., Oct 21, 2004 as we introduce the second exhibit of the season. The work in "Fancy That" is simple and has strong messages. The artwork combines symbols, graphic icons, patterns and bold headlines. There are works that portray anger, happiness, guilt, innocence, betrayals, love and hate. The media is as varied - mirrors, beads, sequins - just about anything that glitters and shines. Featured artists include: Caroline Beasley-Baker, Gabriela Bertiller and Robert Marshall.
Location: Hewitt Gallery of Art Marymount Manhattan College Main Building, First Floor
