This season the MMC Dance Department will present distinguished works by leading choreographers in the dance community. In keeping with the philosophy of the Dance Department, the program will provide a variety of styles. This season’s Spring Repertoire features a suite of duets by Martha Graham, excerpts of The Most Dangerous Room in the House by Susan Marshall, and One by Takehiro Ueyama. Rounding out the program will be two world premieres by Christopher d’Amboise and Edgar Zendejas, whose company, ezdanza is based in Montreal, Canada. The Department’s desire to showcase new and contemporary works remains at the heart of its mission.
