The event showcases the performances of both established Broadway performers as well as up-and-coming talent. Founded by Sarah Galli '06 while a theatre major at Marymount Manhattan College, Born for Broadway gives renowned performers an opportunity to not only display their talent, but also to raise money for a cause that celebrates the memory of two of the theatre community’s most gallant and respected members. Marcia Milgrom Dodge (Ragtime at the Kennedy Center) will direct performances with musical direction led by Larry Yurman (Grey Gardens). Richard Kind will host. Tickets are available at Telecharge.
