Sept. 26: MMC Invites Alumni on City Hall Circle Walking Tour with MMC Professor Mary Brown

September 26, 2009
Date: Saturday, September 26
Time: 12 p.m.-4 p.m.
Location: St. Paul's Chapel (209 Broadway)
Cost: $20 for tour and lunch Registration Information: Tickets are SOLD OUT for this event.

Join Professor Mary Brown, Archivist at the Thomas J. Shanahan Library at Marymount Manhattan College, as she leads another fantastic tour through the streets of New York. We will begin at Saint Paul's Chapel, located directly across from the World Trade Center. In two and a half hours, we will see five centuries’ worth of architecture, historic and contemporary immigrant neighborhoods, three of the city's oldest cemeteries, and sites associated with business, government, and scandal. The tour will finish at Pace Plaza, located diagonally across from City Hall Park, where the tour begins. A location will be determined for lunch which will directly follow the tour.
