Bring your children and grandchildren to MMC for a reading by alumna Maureen Sullivan ’64 from her book, Ankle Soup: A Thanksgiving Story. In Ankle Soup, a French bulldog named Carlos finds himself in the middle of Grand Central Terminal on Thanksgiving morning. Carlos is in a New York state-of-mind as the people of the world pass him on their way to their holiday destinations. We will also be joined by Alison Josephs, illustrator of Ankle Soup, who will be showing her original oil paintings that were used in the book. Guests will receive a gift bag including coupons to use around MMC’s neighborhood.
