Chairman of The Harris Poll to speak about Election 2004 at MMC

The Writing Center and Humanities Division at MMC present Humphrey Taylor, Chairman of The Harris Poll. On Wednesday, October 6th, Mr. Taylor will discuss and share some of his predictions for the upcoming presidential election.
Over the course of his career, Humphrey Taylor has had overall responsibility for over 8,000 surveys and has had a remarkable track record in predicting election results with great accuracy. In the 1992, 1996 and 2000 presidential elections, the Harris Poll under Mr. Taylor's leadership accurately predicted the share of the vote won by the major candidates. The Washington Post recently described him as "one of the reigning giants" of the industry.
