MMC's International Studies Club and Black and Latino Student Association have collaborated with Harlem United Community AIDS Center to offer free HIV testing and STD/I screening. This collaborative effort is in recognition of World AIDS Day which is on December 1. Harlem United, (description) will be offering tests and screenings in their mobile van, which will be parked in front of the College on 71st Street
Harlem United is a community based organization providing a unique continuum of care with services that include HIV testing, treatment and education, primary medical care, substance use counseling, mental health services and pastoral counseling.
