Cost: General admission, $12; senior citizens and students with ID from other schools, $8; Admission is free for MMC students, faculty and staff with valid MMC ID card.

This season, the MMC dance department will present distinguished works by leading choreographers in the dance community. In keeping with the philosophy of the department, performances will include a variety of styles. This season’s Spring Repertoire features three world premieres by Robert Battle, artistic director of Battleworks Dance Co.; Benoit-Swan Pouffer, artistic director of Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet; and Kate Weare, artistic director of Kate Weare Company. The program will also feature excerpts of Erick Hawkins’ New Moon and Lar Lubovitch's signature work Concerto Six Twenty-Two.
A special gala benefit will be held on Friday, May 7 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $75 in advance/$80 at the door. Proceeds from the gala will benefit the MMC Dance Company.
Martha Graham's Star Duet featured Cassandra Neville '09 and Clinton Martin '11 in the 2009 Spring Repertoire.
