MMC Receives $250,000 from Booth Ferris Foundation
 |
(New York, NY) Marymount Manhattan College (MMC) has received a $250,000 grant from the Booth Ferris Foundation. Specifically, these funds will be used to transform six classrooms on the 4th floor of the College's Nugent Building into multi-use technologically advanced classrooms that will house podiums, screens, overhead projectors, and other technology that would improve the learning environment. This project will provide MMC's diverse student body with direct access to state-of-the-art educational technology, go a long way towards closing the digital divide and help prepare them for a successful career after graduation.
