President Shaver Honored at University of Notre Dame

(Notre Dame, Ind.) On October 23, 2004, Judson R. Shaver, Ph.D., President of Marymount Manhattan College took part in a special ceremony honoring Notre Dame graduates who are currently serving as college or university presidents. The presentation took place on Notre Dame Field during the football game against Boston College. President Shaver and his fellow chief executives in attendance accepted the American flag from the 2004-2005 Notre Dame class presidents and collectively carried it across the field to the Irish Guard.
