May 14: Masquerade Ball Spring of Love Festival to Benefit the Smadbeck Communication and Learning Center

The Spring of Love Festival will feature light fare and cocktails, a silent auction and art activities to benefit the Smadbeck Center. Admission is Free. Donations are welcome. 1970s-era costumes are optional. Live music will be performed by The Mood Swings.

The Smadbeck Center is a nonprofit speech-language and hearing clinic that provides preventive, habilitative and rehabilitative services to adults, children and families in need. The Center is housed in the Communication Sciences & Disorders Department at Marymount Manhattan College. Otherwise costly services are provided free of charge thanks to the largess of the Heckscher Foundation for Children, the Byrd Drucker Aphasia Fund and the Smadbeck Fund.
