MMC Alumni Celebrate Anniversaries at Alumni Reunion Weekend

New York, N.Y. – Three Marymount Manhattan alumnae will be recognized for their distinctive support of the mission of the College during ceremonies being held at the College on June 4.
Marymount Manhattan will host Alumni Reunion Weekend 2011 from Friday, June 3 through Sunday, June 5 at the College, located at 221 E. 71st Street in New York City. The weekend features a variety of events and activities designed to engage all MMC alumni and to celebrate the anniversaries of the reunion classes ending in “1” and “6.” All MMC alumni can register to attend at www.mmm.edu/alumni/reunion_registration.html.
MMC Alumni Association will present Mary Hehir O’Donnell ’61 and Margaret Mahony Prowse ’61 with the Père Gailhac Award, which recognizes continuous and outstanding service to Marymount Manhattan College. Fellow alumna Rachel Lloyd ’02 will be presented with the Sr. Raymunde McKay Award, which is given in recognition of distinguished service and outstanding contributions to the community-at-large.
