The Network for Peace through Dialogue is hosting a special event at Marymount Manhattan College, discussing the issue of trafficking of women. Special guests will include well-known advocates who strive to help women who have fallen victim to this practice. Sister Eugenia Bonetti, founder and director of the anti-trafficking in persons (TIP) office of the Italian Union of Major Superiors (USMI), is the featured speaker. Light refreshments and sign-in begins at 5:30 p.m. Registration is required.
