Join us for a reception at the College when the Department of Literature and Language welcomes back Marymount Manhattan friends and colleagues, John and Priscilla Costello, for An Evening with the Costellos. John and Priscilla will discuss their recent work in post-colonial literature, speaking broadly about this important field within literary studies and also will talk about two specific novels, Patrick White’s A Fringe of Leaves (Penguin, 1977) and J. G. Farrell’s Troubles (New York Review of Books, 1970).
