Marymount Manhattan at the York Theatre Company

Members of the Marymount Manhattan College Summer Musical Theatre Intensive will perform two musical revues at the York Theatre Company June 25-26.
Twelve Typical People examines four years of college through song – complete with confessions, longings, break-ups and realizations. The revue features the work of Lawrence O'Keefe, Paul Loesel, Brad Ross and Michael John LaChuisa.
In We Sing, cast members sing of their hopes, joys, disappointments and longings. The revue features the work of Brad Ross, George Fischoff, Eli Bolin/Sam Forman, Andrew Gerle and Bob Johnston/Jeff Hochhauser.
Twelve Typical People will be performed Saturday, June 25 at 1:00PM and Sunday, June 26 at 5:00PM.
We Sing will be performed Saturday, June 25 at 3:00PM and Sunday, June 26 at 7:00PM.
This is the second summer that Marymount Manhattan has held the summer intensive program at the York Theatre Company at Citigroup Center. Twenty-four MMC students participated in the five-week program, where they had daily dance and music lessons, attended Broadway musicals and weekly seminars with working musical professionals, and performed on Broadway with Ben Vereen and Chita Rivera in the York Theatre Company's Gala Salute to MMC honorary degree recipient Tony Walton.
