"A Month in the Country," after Turgeev, by Brian Friel. The play revolves around a beautiful woman who is restless and bored. She spins from her adoring husband to her faithful lover to her son's attractive young tutor, sending everyone around her into a state of midsummer madness. This play looks at what happens when just one person stops playing the part she agreed to play and loves the wrong person, in the wrong place, at the wrong time.
