Saturday Aphasia Program Inaugural Reception & Fundraiser
Wednesday, April 9th 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. (brief presentation at 6:30 p.m.) Regina Peruggi Room Marymount Manhattan College 221 East 71st Street
Aphasia is a communication disorder resulting from brain damage. Survivors often have trouble with communication, feeding and other cognitive and physical skills.
The Saturday Aphasia Program is made possible through the largess of the Drucker family and the Byrd Drucker Aphasic Fund. The program provides opportunities for socialization, skill building and coping strategies for both survivors and their families.
