Confidentiality Policy
Services at CWC are confidential. No one outside of CWC will be informed you've come in for services, and no one has access to information about your case. The only exceptions are:
- If you were referred for a mandatory evaluation.
- If there's a situation where someone's safety is at risk or the campus community is jeopardized.
- If you request in writing that we get in contact with someone outside the office.
- If you are seen at the Dow Zanghi Health Center, we will exchange limited information with them to facilitate your care.
