CHOICE (Health and Wellness Club):
CHOICE is a group of students who are concerned about health and wellness issues related to college students, and have taken on the dynamic role of educating their peers on some of these various issues. Through literature resources, interactive programs, workshops and lots of other fun activities these students get the message across on how to be mentally and physically healthy while in college. Programs and events coordinated by CHOICE, are healthy eating workshops, blood drives, and the notorious Stress Down Day, just to name a few. Interested students do not have to be biology or pre-med majors, they simply just need to be enthusiastic about their well-being and be willing to help others live healthy lives. Visit the Office of Health and Wellness Services to become a member of CHOICE.

Resource Library:
Health education programs and services are provided on general wellness issues, nutrition, alcohol, sexual health and tobacco cessation/prevention. A variety of programs are available on each topic. Health professionals and peer educators present the exciting, interactive programs.

If you would like more information on any of the above services, please contact the Office of Health and Wellness Services 212-774-0755 or email.

In addition, CAPS offers a variety of outreach services related to the prevention and treatment of problems related to drug and alcohol use including workshops, presentations, and talks. Individuals interested in these services are encouraged to contact CAPS at (212) 774-0727.
