Parents and MMC Creating the Future
Each day at MMC brings countless teaching and learning opportunities that strengthen the intellectual life of the College. Your gift to the Parents Fund helps make this dynamic interplay possible; the fund benefits the Annual Appeal, which helps to close the 20 percent gap between tuition revenue and the full cost of an MMC education.
Enthusiastic and generous support of the MMC Parents Fund assists with such key priorities as scholarships, faculty recruitment, library resources and technology. Unrestricted gifts also provide the resources to develop new academic initiatives. Donations to the Parents Fund affect students, faculty and the College.
In addition, increased parent participation provides an opportunity for sustained involvement in the life of MMC. Outside funding sources such as corporations and foundations, as well as institution-ranking US News and World Report, look to strong participation from alumni, parents and friends as crucial endorsement of the institution's mission and goals.
Matching Gift Programs Increase Your Gift
Many companies match employee, retiree and family contributions to educational institutions, doubling or sometimes tripling the gift amount. To initiate a matching gift, obtain a form from your employer's human resources department, complete your part of the form and send it, along with your donation, to MMC. We will take care of the rest.
