More than 700 students make their home at Marymount Manhattan College in one of our two residential locations:
55th Street: Located between 2nd and 3rd Avenues, this high-rise houses more than 500 residents on 32 floors. 55th Street has 111 two-bedroom apartments, three lounges, a fitness center, a convenience store, and the Dow Zanghi Student Health Center.
1760: Located at Third Avenue and 97th Street, this recently renovated building houses 200 Marymount Manhattan students in double and triple rooms with a private restroom. 1760 also has a game room, study lounges, community kitchens, and a fitness center.
Each residence hall is located within walking distance to campus, and both are easily accessible by public transportation. All halls have 24-hour security.

Dow Zanghi Student Health Center
MMC's Dow Zanghi Student Health Center is located on the first floor of the 55th Street Residence Hall (231 East 55th Street). The College partners with Beth Israel Medical Center/Student Health Services Network, which manages the operations of the student health center.
Dining Dollars are available for all students, and are required for students living in our residence halls. Students can select the best plan to meet their needs:
Platinum Plan - $2500
Griffin Gold - $1800
Silver Basic - $1000 (minimum for residential students)
Bronze Bites - $500
Gary's Snack Attack - $300

Student Development & Activities
Students are MMC have ample opportunities to get involved in the college community. There are a variety of programs and activities throughout the year which range from educational to entertaining and include: leadership workshops; skill development retreats; topical panel discussions; free and low cost events including ice skating, Knicks games, and Broadway shows. One of Marymount Manhattan's greatest assets is its location is New York City where there are numerous internship opportunities. MMC students have interned at reputable companies such as J.P. Morgan Chase, NBC Universal, SONY Music, Lincoln Center Theatre, Lenox Hill Hospital, New York City Ballet, The New York Times, National Geographic and Asia Society to name a few.
