is a theatre artist based in New York. Mather began training in the Viewpoints in 1995 with such practioners as
Anne Bogart, SITI Company, Tina Landau, and Mary Overlie. He has been a frequent instructor of this technique at
various programs and universities including Atlantic Acting School, NYCDA, NYU, Columbia University, The New School,
Fordham, Bard, Hope College, Univ of Puerto Rico, the Iberoamericano Festival of Bogota, and in numerous programs throughout
Colombia and Brazil. He has performed in numerous downtown theatre venues as well as at Lincoln Center, NYC Opera, Los Angeles,
Opera, Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, the Toronto Fringe, and the Manizales Theatre Festival. Mather was an Associate Artist
of Anne Bogart's SITI Company (2001-2007) performing in SEVEN DEADLY SINS, LILITH, NICHOLAS & ALEXANDRA, and MACBETH. For
WeildWorks, he created movement for the NY Premiere of Charles Mee's FETES DE LA NUIT. His original work includes A SHOW OF
FORCE directed by Leon Ingulsrud. Mather is the founding artist of The Adaptations Project which recently produced KADDISH
(or THE KEY IN THE WINDOW) based on the poem by Allen Ginsberg. Upcoming work includes RISING A DANCE PLAY, a dance/theatre
